Bluesun Hotel Alga - Tucepi

The standard double room was huge and had a personal safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar. The hotel had the best possible and superior location in a UK restaurant. Plus, it was right by Hvar and establishment.

The pool area was lovely and the location was amazing, right by a quiet area and lots of resturants. Found Plaza Lucica, it's not too far away from the hotel.

The staff we met were not particularly helpful.

The staff were TOP-CLASS and flexible and the location was absolutely perfect in the clear blue sea with mountain backdrop.

Consider checking the pool towel policy early to secure sun loungers, as it's common to reserve spots before pool hours.

A good hotel in a great position - you can get at the sea in 1 min and to the center too, excellent food and staff. Nice swimming pools and programs activity for children. Beautiful sea and beach with many green trees, you can choose on sun or no sun position, the beach is free- public, but you can get the sunbeds and ombrellas from 3 to 5 euros/day. I suggest you half board pension so you can taste also the great restaurants kitchen, especially the fish.

The standard rooms are pretty small, there is no place to dry your beach towels, the tv is a miniature! I suggest you to take the room with balcony. Drinks at restaurant are too expensive-1 bottle of water 3 euros, it's too much for the families with children. The music groups programs at evenings are horrible!

We enjoyed our time at Hotel Alga! Beach access was conviniance with pools that offered fun for all our two kids. Staff very friendly. We liked the breakfast and dinner too. The rooms were clean and comfortable but they need a bit of remodel. Will come again with kids. Familly friendly hotel.

This hotel is convenient for family holiday with young children.

My main desire is more various menu.

The bluesun hotel offers a totally great view and is surrounded by beautiful pines. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool area, with plenty of space available in september. The dining experience was pretty good too, with tasty cold plates provided upon our late arrival.

The beach was perfect, clean water, beautiful nature, the food was ok, the room was satisfactionary, just a little bit small. The hotel location was nice , near the town of Makarska also. Th there is a seaside alley under the hotel and the beach is right after you leave the hotel. the parking was overcrowded, but probably because of the high season.

The receptionist on the check out was very rude and unpolite. Nobody informed us that we had to leave the hotel till 11a.m. They started to call us several times on the phone to leave the room at 11 a.m.. The most unbelievable thing was that while we were still taking showers the superviser of the house keeping several times entered the room and started arguing with us to leave the room. We could not prepare our luggage and we forgot some things, because we were completely rushing and stressed, she even entered when I was naked. That was completely unprofessional and I have never seen such a thing.

Fine location with excellent dining options

I had a fantastic week at this hotel, enjoying amazing views of the mountains and easy access to the beach. The dining experience was excellent, offering a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes. The staff kept everything clean and maintained a positive atmosphere throughout my stay. Parking could be a bit limited during busy times.

bright and reliable hotel with private parking and fab location on the coast. location short walk to a beautiful beach and podgora, has a lovely harbour and about 1 hour walk, well worth a visist and the center. for tea or coffee visit beach bar tamaris nearby.

Food was just OK. Buffets are a difficult way to present food that is excellent

Beautiful location right by the beach. The kids' club kept my children entertained for hours. Food options were limited at times. Check-in process took way too long.

You didn't receive my booking for my children. I therefore had to move to a different room in the Alga. This also happened to a friend of mine. Luckily our new room was nice so i had no problem but you need to sort out your booking system.
